- OVERVIEW This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided for NoWrong premium subscriptions.
- GENERAL REFUND POLICY As a general rule, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as technical issues, billing errors, or fraudulent transactions.
- SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS Refunds are only applicable for subscription periods that have not been used. Subscriptions that have been used, even partially, are not eligible for a refund. Partial refunds are generally not provided.
- IN-APP PURCHASE REFUNDS Virtual items and digital content are non-refundable once delivered. Accidental purchases may be eligible for a refund if reported within 24 hours.
- REFUND REQUEST PROCESS To request a refund, email us at info@contentladder.in with your registered email, order/transaction ID, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We will review and provide a decision within 7-10 business days.
- REFUND PROCESSING Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary from 1-15 business days depending on the payment method.
- SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES For purchases made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you must follow their respective refund policies. No refunds will be provided if your account is terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions.
- EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS Refunds may be provided as required by applicable consumer protection laws in India. No refunds will be provided for service interruptions due to force majeure events.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. This policy does not override your statutory consumer rights under Indian law.
