These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By creating an account or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

4. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE NoWrong is an anonymous chat application that allows users to create anonymous profiles, engage in text conversations, share media content in accordance with our guidelines, and participate in community features. 

Important: NoWrong is positioned as an anonymous chat platform, not as a dating application.

5. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. You may not share your account credentials with others.
• Age Verification: You must be 18 years or older to create an account. We reserve the right to verify your age and request documentation. Accounts created by users under 18 will be immediately terminated.

6. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Prohibited Activities: You must not use the Service if you are under 18; impersonate any person or entity; upload illegal or offensive content; harass other users; spam; attempt to access other users’ accounts; use the Service for commercial purposes without consent; upload malicious code; or engage in any activity that could disrupt the Service.
• Content Guidelines: All content must comply with Indian laws. Content must not contain nudity, pornography involving minors, promote violence or hatred, or violate intellectual property rights.

12. DISCLAIMERS The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for user-generated content. The Service does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India.

17. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
